On our recent trip to Europe, we had a flight delay which caused us to miss our connecting flight from London to Rome. As a result, we were forced to book a later flight at a much higher cost than our previous booking. Upon our return home, we filed a claim with CSA for trip interruption. We were asked a few questions to clarify the basis for our claim, but after a brief time of less than 2 weeks from the time we submitted our claim, a check for full payment was received in full. I would highly recommend travel insurance with CSA and will most definitely buy insurance through them in the future when the need arises.

Coverage seemed good for the price. I can't say anything about the claims paying experience with your company, but I assume it's good. Documentation was complete and helpful to have with me on the trip.
