I have used InsureMyTrip repeatedly over the past few years and always found them to be an excellent source for travel insurance. We have had claims in the past with the CSA Travel Protection Custom plan and getting them paid was no problem. I will use them again.

I was plenty surprised at the low cost, decent baggage insurance and really good medical insurance. Definitely now on my list to get every cruise.

We had a medical outlay, but your claims process was lengthy and difficult to understand. In regard to the first two questions, who knows, since we didn't file a claim we don't know if you covered anything or not. Was the plan cost reasonable? About the same as your competitors.

My wife got pneumonia while in Alaska. We had to cancel the remainder of our trip and change our departing flight and airport. When we contacted CSA Travel they were sympathetic and gave us all the information we needed to submit to receive benefits from our insurance policy. We received every dollar we submitted as a loss from the cancellation of our trip. The refund was hassle free and fast. Thank You CSA for a very smooth process after our disappointment of not being able to finish our trip. We will definitely use your service in the future.

The plan covered the items that were important for me at a reasonable and competitive price. Applying online was straight forward and easy. Fortunately, I did not need to make any claims and have no comment on any claim resolution.

Generally, the insured person is required fill out a claim form, a patient authorization form, and submit a copy of the explanation of benefits, medical bills, trip itinerary, and proof of payment. We advise that customers review the claim provisions prior to departing on the trip and keep a file of all documentation that may be important to a potential claim.
