This insurance was reasonably priced. I did have a claim and though it was resolved and I was compensated, it took about 3 months to process. The agent who handled my claim was respectful and apologized for the slow processing time stating they had many claims to process during summer months when my incident also occurred.

I never had to use the CSA Travel Protection coverage fortunately, so I cannot diminish or encourage this particular plan.
