We chose this plan because we could get full coverage when purchased prior to making our final trip payment rather than within days of the initial trip payment from other carriers. This was our first time purchasing insurance on our own so I cannot comment on the coverage or the price. Although we are both healthy, our main concern was having coverage for any medical emergency. Having the insurance gave us peace of mind for the whole trip.

As has been the case in the past, I'm fortunate that I didn't need to test the policy, and I hope to never have to do so. So, it's more difficult to rate CSA then to rate InsureMyTrip.com. But I've been happy with the options provided to me by InsureMyTrip. You make choosing a policy and comparing different policy options easy.

As there were no problems, aside from stains/scratches on the suitcases, no claim procedures were involved.
