I have used CSA on several travel occasions but (fortunately) have no claim experience with them, which of course is key to a rating. Nonetheless, I have only a positive view of them at this time.

Glad I had, because of a tropical storm in the Grand Cayman area, we were unable to see this destination.
Our cruise ship Captain was able to keep us ahead of this storm, got a chance to see Progreso, Mexico.

I've been using this insurance company for about 5 years now and is very satisfied with it. I'm so satisfied that I've introduced it to several people who cruised in my recent group trip with Carnival.
Incidentally one member of the group who used the plan had to put in a claim because her flight was delayed to the following day. I do not know the end results as it is still under investigation, but I know she will be taken care of financially.
I would never taken a trip such as a cruise without taken out travel protection especially with CSA Travel Protection.
