Fortunately I did not have to file a claim with CSA. It is only then that one can truly evaluate its response and service. I can say that Monique was very helpful when it came to deciding the coverage I would need and the company providing it at the least cost.

purchase was easy enough. Coverage offered met our needs at a price we were willing to pay.
Luckily we did not have any problems on our trip so we did not have to use the insurance. However we did use the insurance several years ago and were pleased with the way our claim was handled.

Submitted a claim because our baggage was delayed prior to a cruise. A week after I had mailed in a claim, I had a call that I would be getting a check for the entire claim. It did not hurt that I provided good documentation and carefully followed the directions for submitting a claim

Since my trip went smoothly with not one problem I have NO idea how well protected I was by you. It was
nice to think that if I had a problem you would have been there though. Was expensive insurance but
could have chosen a cheaper one.
