This was the first time I took out trip insurance--so I was winging it. I did compare several companies and their offerings. Yours seemed reasonable and straight forward. I did call customer service and they answered my questions -- eased my concerns. Did not need to file any claims as the Trip was pretty un-eventful from an issue perspective. Fortunately, for as many times as we have insured our trips, we have not had to file a claim, thank goodness.

Had excellent customer service and guidance selecting a policy on the front end. There are a zillion companies and options, so needed insight into which was right for us. The lady was very nice and informative. Would recommend taking advantage of that. Thank goodness we didn’t have to file a claim this time, but did follow others’ advice to hang onto all documentation that proved we traveled, like boarding passes, baggage claim tags, doctor/hospital documents and all other receipts, etc. Having had to make claims in the past, this stuff made ALL the difference in how smooth and easy it was to be reimbursed.

If you're going to travel with multiple destinations, you'd better consider travel insurance. We didn't need it but came close. You could get denied access to certain countries if you have a cough or something they consider contagious.
