Same coverage and half the price; glad I had no reason to make a claim but as with any insurance, really better to have the protection when it is needed. Made the trip much more enjoyable without the stress.

I didn't need to make a claim, so I don't know how that would work. I felt that I was covered in case of a problem, which was stress reducing. I hadn't received the coverage due to a mistake in my email address. When I called to find out, I received the information immediately.

We have used this site for travel insurance several times and, fortunately, have not had to file a claim. So, I just have to assume that the plan cover adequately and that there are no hitches between what I think is covered and what the agency believes it has covered.
