Fortunately I didn't need to file a claim, but I was glad to be covered. Another member of the group I was with did fall sick and spent several days in the hospital. He needed to change his return flight home and spent several additional days at our hotel after we all had left, and he had NOT opted to purchase travel insurance. Bad idea! I can not rave enough about CSA. From the moment we had to cancel our trip to the expedient way the claim was handled, every one was both professional and caring!

Fortunately, I had no need to file a claim for this particular trip although I had filed a claim in the past which was handled easily and efficiently. When I compared other policies that were more expensive, I found CSA was better value and I will continue to use them for future trips.

I left my laptop on a plane. It was devastating the information I lost. It has been 5 months and I am still not fully over it. But having the travel protection I was able to purchase and replace the tangible items that I left on the plane. That did help and CSA Travel Protection was great to deal with. I am glad I purchased this insurance and I highly recommend it.
