We did have to contact the company when we were in Italy regarding a medical situation with my husband. The agent we spoke with, her name should be on record for the call made on Sunday 9/16th,was very professional, efficient and clearly explained to me what my options would be should we need to seek medical attention. I was charged extra money when I needed to change the dates because Grand Circle cancelled my trip and we had to reschedule it (one week later) I didn't think that was fair as it was only a date change. and right after the initial contract.

This trip went without any problems! However last year my sister had a heart attack while we were all vacationing on a Mediterranean cruise....CSA made my claim process easy and efficient. I will certainly continue to use them.
