I did not have to use this coverage so can not comment on how good or bad it was. I guess this is a good thing.
I wish there was some type of coverage for people who travel several times a year that is more reasonable. A yearly policy? If there is such coverage please let me know.

Since we did not have to use the plan we purchased, I have no way of determining whether it would have provided the coverage we hoped it would or how well the company would have provided assistance had we encountered a problem before or during our trip. If faced with the choice of purchasing similar trip insurance in the future, I highly doubt if I would. In hindsight, and without encountering any problems, it was a waste of $550 that we could have instead spent on souvenirs or excursions during our travels to AK. I guess it's like any other insurance that it never used.

Fortunately, I did not need to file a claim during my recent travel, so I cannot comment on how the actual coverage or service this travel insurance plan would provide. Yes, I would consider using this or similar insurance for travels in the future.
