Kenya Airways lost one of my bags and I had to return to the US before it was found. I contacted your claims people and spoke to Courtney who was very helpful in answering some general questions. Thankfully, the bag was returned to me intact (thanks to Delta) and no claim was needed.

Fortunately I had no need to file a claim. For that reason I did not rate at the highest level. I did appreciate customer care representative's assistance in deciding on the coverage I needed and the final purchase.

The proof of the pudding is in eating! On paper the plan was excellent but the crunch would have come when i would have filed a claim so do not how good the company is with its words
