We unfortunately had to cancel our cruise on sailing day due to my husband’s hospitalization. Great service and timely response. Definitely will use Generali in the future.

We've (fortunately) never had to use the insurance, but it's peace of mind to have it. The representative on the phone explained the plans well and even suggested the one we picked - and it wasn't the most expensive. We always use this site.

The property which i visited in Aruba has a no refund policy 30 days prior to arrival and they recommended trip insurance....great idea and reasonable with CSA...it was comforting to know that I had travel insurance.
