It was difficult to file the claim: I got no response when I wrote to emails, after trying several different mails I was told it was wrong email and i was given one more.
By the end of 2nd day I got response that there are no authorized medical facilities in the area. By that time my flu started to go down, so it was no sense in keeping trying to get help

It was good, we didn't have to file a claim or call. You don't really know for sure the quality unless you have to go through the claims process or call them.
