I did not need to make a claim so I cannot say what kind of service I would have received.

I paid more for my insurance than the couple I was traveling with due to age difference, that bothers me also.

Unfortunately until you file for a claim you have no idea if the insurance is any good. Only those reviews with a claim should be posted. WA state insurance commissioner was not much help either. Where is an impartial report on the insurers performance?

TravelSafe Classic
I purchased TravelSafe Classic plan for my trip to Dominica. Since Dominica Island was severely hit by hurricane Maria I had to cancel my trip and file the claim with TravelSafe Insurance. They were great! Their instructions were clear and easy to follow; the customer crevice was very helpful. It took 2 months for them to send me the check but I was reimbursed the claimed amount with no issues. I am very satisfied with TravelSave Classic plan and would highly recommend this insurance to everyone.
