When I called for medical assistance, the rep was slow and confused. She kept asking me for the same information. I ended up asking my hotel manager for help. He drove me to a nearby clinic he knew about. I don't understand why the rep could not have recommended the same. I'm just glad it was a relatively minor medical issue.

Fortunately we did not need to file a claim for our son while studying abroad for a month in France, but it was nice to have that sense of security the plan gave us in case of an emergency. GoReady Insurance Choice
I did not file a claim so don't know how good it was but the two items I needed coverage for did were not included. Broken cell phone and lost sunglasses. I suppose it is difficult to cover everything and I was glad I had the peace of mind to travel with cover for major events.
