the cost for coverage that you don't use is waaaay too much!! You should offer 20% refund if you don't have to use the coverage!!

"Thank you for your review. On average, a travel insurance policy costs between 4 to 10 percent of your total trip cost. In this instance, it was a little more than 4 percent, which is on the lower end. We are sorry to not have met your expectations. Traveling with families can be risky. You never know when one of you might get sick. I always get travel insurance to cover our airline tickets and most important our rental house. You might be able to change your tickets but not usually rental houses.

Very comforting to have comprehensive coverage for a long and pricey trip paid for months ahead of time. Our Vet is having fund raisers to help pay to return her partner from Spain after being struck on a biking trip. She requires $60,000. This makes the risk/rewards ratio of having bought CSA Trip insurance absolutely compelling.This was my third policy. Each time I compare the coverage to price and CSA wins each time. Way better bargain than offered by cruise lines and tour packages. I look forward to my next trip!

Coverage was good on paper, but as I did not have to file a claim I can't really review the product. It would be 5-stars if any claims were handled great and 1-star if I would have had to fight for the coverage.
