    Thank you for your feedback on the policy. We advise customers keep all receipts and documentation for any expenses associated with the trip before and during the trip. Each claims department employs claims representatives who send the policy holder claim forms and a list of required claims documentation. It is very important to provide all requested documentation in a timely and efficient manner when filing a claim. Since I never had to use it, I wouldn't know how good it actually is. Its hard to give 5 stars when you don't get to use it. But I'm glad I didn't have to use it as well. :)

Plan covered most of what we needed covered. No need to file a claim due to no incidents. Cruise ship had to put into Grand Turk to disembark sick passenger. Hope she had trip insurance.

Nice to have the protection in place if it had been needed. Very easy process to initiate the plan ahead of the trip. Just gives you that peace of mind that you want to have when traveling internationally.
