Just took a while to get through the process. My only concern is if we had a medical issue, would it take the same amount of time or could you cover cost when they occur at a hospital.

What can I say about insurance without having to use this? It was the best price I found for a trip US-Japan and the travel agency requires insurance. Since I didn't have any claim, I had no other interaction.
