Thank you for your review. There are two types of cancellation coverage: Trip Cancellation and Cancel for Any Reason. Trip cancellation is a set of covered reasons the insurance provider allows you to cancel for 100% reimbursement up until you leave your home. Cancel for Any Reason allows you to be able to cancel your trip for any reason of your choosing but the most you can get back is 75% and you have to cancel two or more days prior to your departure and meet other conditions. The C&F Travel Insure Worldwide Trip Protector Lite and Worldwide Trip Protector policies do not offer Cancel for Any Reason it does include Trip Cancellation, but the Worldwide Trip Protector Plus plan can offer both types of cancellation coverage's, state specific. We are very satisfied with the way our claim was handled. My only complaint is that it was extremely slow. If a new document was requested, it would take 15 business days before action took place. It would be wonderful if you could check the status of your claim online as opposed to making phone calls. Our settlement was extremely fair. Hopefully we'll never have to file another claim!!!
