Because your company wasnt open at the time we were delayed I could not have my questions answered. We needed a hotel and paid for it with our credit card points. You then said you could not reimburse me for that. The cost of the room doesnt change because of how i paid for it. You couldnt answer my question and your insurance was worthless to me because of that. Will not use again.

In my years of travels I have always selected Generali Global Assistance and even though my credit card provides travel insurance I chose the Premium plan to supplement it, fortunately I did not have to submit a claim, but it is always good to have the peace of mind in case something happens. Flight delays, lost of baggage are not fun! having travel insurance will determine if you will sleep on a dirty airport floor or on a comfortable bed at a hotel. Always get travel insurance!

We do not offer any multi-trip annual plans that allow you to insure the cost of your trip, but we have Multi-Trip Medical policies which provide annual medical coverage for multiple trips throughout the year. All policies have trip length restrictions of either 30 or 70 days and will only cover international trips. The insurance is meant to cover your out of pocket expenses. When using points to pay for expenses, the only expense you may be out of pocket is the fees and taxes that may be applicable.
