The plan covered what we needed to have covered at a very reasonable price. Fortunately, we did not have to file a claim, but the peace of mind it gave us was worth the price. Even more, we were very happy with the service provided by InsureMyTrip in sifting through all the myriad options available, presenting us with only a few of the best for us to choose from, and signing us up for the one we picked. While the coverage was good and the price was reasonable, I did have one problem with them. When the tour company changed our departure date to a week later (same company, same tour, same price), the insurance company required a lot of documentation before they would agree to change the coverage dates.

I had a bicycle injury the 2 nd Sunday of the trip and now I wish I had used the insurance to get back home right after the injury. I was out of commission for 5 days and have extreme swelling and pain since. Just didn’t want to miss all the trip. Thx for being there anyway.
