When traveling abroad, some foreign embassies require that you obtain travel insurance to secure your travel visa. We offer two types of visa-compliant policies: one that provides trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical and medical evacuation coverage and another which includes coverage for medical, medical evacuation, accidental death with limited baggage and trip interruption.

I gladly didn't need to use this but it did provide peace of mind. I thought about it while I was traveling and was glad I had it since I was walking around in icy weather and worrying about slipping and breaking something!

Honestly, I can't offer any type of review, because I never had to use it. There really is no way for me to rate my satisfaction level. Since I'm still in Spain, I'll probably renew for another year.

Unfortunately we had to cancel the trip due to a life threatening medical event. It took an extraordinary amount of time and correspondence to get the money which was due us as a result. We did finally get it, but they had all the information they needed for a long time before they chose to acknowledge and act on it.

Purchasing a coverage functions for instances when you hope you don't have to use it. Nothing unforeseen and unfortunate happened, which means I was not able to testify the capabilities of the plan. However, I've always had a pleasant experience speaking to your customer service rep. And yes, will get another plan in the near future. Thank you!

This service was great! Fortunately I didn't get to use it! but the fact that they send me short but useful notifications and travel recommendations, as well as expiration and renewal options, it made me feel secure and very comfortable during my entire trip.

policy was unused. No real idea if if it would have worked if needed, or if it was even there. The purchase of the policy was quick, easy, add documentation was delivered when and where it was promised. Sales/Customer service was polite, and helpful. In general, I'm pleased. (This is kind of like asking what I think of a spare tire that's never been out of the trunk)

Used this company in 2010, returned in 2011 for the same reason, they work very quick and their policy is cheap (I use 30 days in Europe for less than $30, that coves most of the emergencies). Thanks, God, never had to see how they work if the emergency happens. I like the fact that I can get this insurance over the phone in 5 minutes, that's comfortable for me.
