Having never filed a claim I really don't know how to provide real feedback, the coverage seemed to fit my needs, I do think it was quite costly but so was the trip so guess it was fair.

Before buying a plan I spoke with a representative on the telephone. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We were going on a cruise. This is so much less expensive than what the tour operator was offering. I will use this company again. Fortunately we didn't need to file a claim.

Fortunately I didn't have to use the insurance policy, but the price was right for the level of coverage requires and all documentation showed effective coverage and protection with appropriate exclusions.
