I filed a claim for damages to my computer and an electric beard trimmer that occurred while my baggage was being transferred between hotels while I was on a tour in Turkey. It took some time and I submitted lot of paper work, but I was finally paid for the damaged items. I am happy with the outcome and I would recommend IMG, but I would also caution anyone who needs to file any kind of insurance claim to obtain as much documentation of your claim AT THE TIME of the injury or damage. Complete records are essential for quick compensation.

The most important coverage I wanted was to make sure that I would be brought back to US if anything happened to me, an accident, an illness, death - whatever. This insurance made that possible at an affordable price.
