I needed to extend my coverage, but your web portal does not work. It was very frustrating and I spent a lot of time trying to get it to work.

I was looking for an all inclusive plan that will get me and my children quickly and safely through the borders of Costa Rica. Instead, I had to "VERIFY" my "FOREIGN" insurance by taking a bus to the adjacent terminal, waiting in line (twice), and then walk back with my 2 and 4 year old kids to get through. This is not acceptable and have to be shared with travelers in advance, at least so that we have some idea and can plan to stay in line for sometime or go with another insurance that will. be considered local.
