Although I don't believe I can give a fair review because we didn't have to file a claim, the process and the product as presented appeared to be able to cover any of the issues we might have encountered during our travel. I didn't have to use the plan, but it seemed to be comprehensive and was a bit less expensive than other plans I have gotten in the past through the tour companies I was using. I appreciated that!

AIG Travel Travel Guard Basic
Hard to tell. Buying a policy and having no claim doesn't say much but ok. Cost of policies are very high.

Really am in no position to evaluate the plan since we didn't use it and therefore do not know how reliable it would have been. However, the friend who did recommended it broke her ankle just before departure and was very satisfied with your prompt refund of her expenses. We plan on using you again for our next foreign travel.
