The descriptions for coverage are vague making it difficult to find what I wanted. In other words, I was looking for coverage that included cancellation for any reason. The way the description uses the EXCLUSION is very confusing. I will probably not use your company again unless you make the language more concise and user friendly.

I have never had to file a claim, but my experience with their customer service department has always been exceptional and I have no concerns should the need arise. The survey isn't exactly an honest account of what the insurance meant to us: i.e. we never had to use it but paid dearly for it and also had, with the HUGE cost of the policy, still some "restrictions" should we have had to use it. I have a great idea, that MIGHT help you get more clients...if someone, like us buys the "covers all/cancel without penalties" policy for over 1200.00 a person, for such a short time...if the client does not use it, then a reimbursement of some kind would be nice...even a small amount otherwise it is pretty expensive.
