The plan appeared to provide reasonable coverage in the event of an illness, injury or some unplanned event. Since no claim was filed, I cannot offer an opinion on how the service would be in the event a claim for reimbursement was made. Yes I would consider this plan again for travel insurance.

C&F Travel Insured International Worldwide Trip Protector Lite
We did not have to file a claim. It was a reasonable cost for a peace of mind just in case if it was needed. We will purchase again when going on a trip.

GeoBlue Voyager Choice
The plan was a good value and i think might be a good plan for land travel but I'm not so sure about using for a cruise. I purchased it as a supplement insurance for a cruise, but the cruise line didn't accept it. However I will keep it in mind for future travel.

    Thank you for providing a comment to assist your fellow travelers. However, your cruise line may not have accepted this plan since it did not provide your Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption or Travel Delay Coverage. It would have provided Medical and Emergency Medical Evacuation coverage for your covered medical or transportation expenses that may have been incurred during the trip for sickness or injury.

    "It was great to see my review live. However Carnival didn't accept any type of insurance they are cash and carry. If you used their medical services they would bill your Sail n Sign card then give you a receipt/invoice that you submit to your own insurance company."

Did not use, so can't review some items....I was satisfied with the cost of the plan I bought, but unknown if the coverage would have been good or not as not used.

Thank goodness I did not have to use it. Hopefully if I ever have to, April Travel Protection Choice will go above and beyond.
