Early in August, I filed a claim for slightly less than $200 and submitted all necessary supporting materials. To date (Oct 3), I've received no information on the claim from GeoBlue. When I looked up the claim via the internet, the claim file indicated that the amount claimed was subject to a deductible, hence no payment. I was unaware of a deductible, but that's on me. What I don't like is the utter lack of communication.

Fortunately my fabulous trip went great and I didn't need to file a claim but it's always reassuring to know that in the case of an emergency I have coverage! I will use again for future travel adventures. The cost is worth my "peace of mind".

I did not need to file a claim on the plan, so I cannot speak to whether or not the plan met expectations nor the service of the company for filing a claim. For cost and coverage, the plan provided what I needed to have covered for a reasonable price.

My only objection is the price. Very expensive to insure two business class fares on an international flight. Then when I tried to add the price of a car service, the price was astronomical. I wound up purchasing the extra coverage from my travel agent and saving almost $200.
