Very slow. Supplied requested info and waited then asked for additional info. Sent requested confirmation they received it no response add 30 days waiting then another 3 weeks before payment. Very poor communication.

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Essential
This insurance was purchased for a short trip to Canada where US medicare isn't covered. Thankfully, the insurance wasn't needed, but it was well worth the peace of mind.

The information was thorough with thorough follow up before the trip. Good instructions. But I really can't rate the insurance since we didn't need to use it. You can only judge an insurance company by how they respond to claims.
