Obviously since I did not have to file a claim (good news) I can't comment on how well you respond and satisfy the claim! I did check prior to leaving about terrorism because of the incident in Brussels, and learned that my coverage would only allow me to cancel if the attack was within 50 miles of where I would be. Interesting!

We did, however, feel confident that should an issue arise, our selected policy covered nearly all possible problems. I'd also like to say that I had a question regarding our coverage amount that Travel Insured was able to answer quickly via email. Their customer service was both efficient and effective.
