I went to Turkey at the least politically stable time and I trusted that Seven Corners Liaison International plan was the best plan for me because it covered the things I was concerned about mainly political and social unrest.

I really cannot rate the coverage because I had to have spinal surgery Feb9th and we had to cancel the trip. I just got all the information together to send to the company and it will go in the mail tomorrow. I think I have included everything the insurance company asked for

The plan covered our trip delay cost satisfactorily. I do believe it was on the expensive side. My one issue was lack of correspondence from one representative. Many e-mails re our claim status, made after a reasonable time went unanswered as did phone messages. It took another representative to answer my questions very nicely. She also communicated that the claim had been processed and was being sent. I appreciate her as being a good rep for the company. She would be my only reason to take this insurance again in the future.

The car hire companies in the UK do not accept the car rental insurance included in this plan. I had to purchase further coverage when I picked up the car.

Thank you for your feedback on the policy. The following response has been issued by Travel Insured:
"Depending on location, there are several places that will require the traveler who is renting a car to take the insurance offered. Our rental car benefit can still be used cover deductibles, and anything above what the amount that the rental company will cover. We had a rather complex claim as my sister became ill on Dominica with three separate medical visits and 3 days to get home. However after figuring out how to fill out the forms wiht all receipts of course insurance paid promptly and were easily available for questions on the phone. Very pleased.
