Nationwide Mutual Insurance Prime
Glad we didn't need it, but with the way things are changing & the issues with flights lately (Dec. 2021) having insurance to help cover extra costs should something delay our trip was a good feeling.

Generali Global Assistance Premium
Due to a flat tire - I was late for scheduled diving trip in Florida, it should be covered under travel delay. I had all documentation. Generali refused to cover losses. I will never buy insurance from them again. You think you are covered, in reality you are not.

Trawick International Safe Travels Voyager
Very easy to arrange travel coverage. I didnt need to submit a claim but there were several last minute changes and updates to the policy and the agents were amazing to work with and it was a simple process. I appreciate the stress free moment.

AIG Travel Travel Guard Protect Assist
Hard to write a review on something you never used, but I suppose that’s the idea of having insurance right? The cost and coverage seemed reasonable but I guess I’ll never know if I wont be filing a claim. It was good to have the piece of mind though.

Generali Global Assistance Preferred
The trip was canceled by Viking because because they could not come ashore in Hawaii due to Covid. I filed a claim with Generali and they said I would be credited the $600+ on my credit card but I have never received it. Called them and they have not responded. Poor customer service and I will use a different company for my next trip.

WorldTrips Atlas International
This plan is excellent to complement my existing health insurance. The provision of the Visa doc sped the process with my wife Visa application.
However, the web portal is buggy. It captured my wife nationality incorrectly. When the error was raised to the CS team, they tried to correct. In the end, my wife coverage was cancelled and a new policy had to be purchased separately.
This is a real inconvenient and waste of time. Please put product quality as a priority
