Thank you for your review. The policy premiums are typically based on the age of the travelers, the length of the trip and the cost of the trip. Not all plans offer a pre-existing condition waiver and most policies that do offer this do not charge extra to have the waiver, but they do have certain requirements you must meet. I had some changes in my plans which cost me money and are not covered by insurance. It would be nice if insurance covered such things. I have to admit that you have some peace of mind when you travel and you have some sort of insurance coverage. There are just too many chances of trip interruptions or cancellations today.

We appreciate your comments. As you are aware, there is no travel insurance plan that will cover every situation. In your particular situation, we advised you that you would not receive reimbursement for a prepaid hotel room if you decide to take an earlier flight and return home early.
