If I’d had a problem, it would have been well worth the money, but my entire trip went smoothly so it was a bet we placed together, and this time you won! Fortunately, on our current trip we had no reason to use our trip insurance. However we did feel comfortable with our protection because of a past experience when we did need our insurance coverage and the service and processing of our claim was handled quickly and professionally. We didn’t get to use the insurance (which is the idea!) but it gave us peace of mind all throughout our trip and for that I believe it’s worth it! We did have trip delays and cancellations in our trip to Italy and C&F was fast and efficient in processing our claim... we have an upcoming trip to Croatia and this is the same travel insurance we used!!! Recommended!!!

While on vacation in Italy my travel partner came down with a hemorrhaging bladder infection. We called the number for coverage and got a recording, we weren’t impressed, but thought someone would call back in at least an hour. We didn’t hear from anyone until the next day and we had already taken care of the problem by other means. I’m just glad it wasn’t a more serious problem. Completely dissatisfied with this company.

Thank you for your feedback on the policy. We have passed this information on to the insurance provider. After purchase, IMG emails a purchase confirmation which can be printed and carried with you on the trip. The purchase confirmation includes the 24 hour emergency contact information. This is the phone number that you would want to call while you are traveling. No need to file a request for coverage. I know from first hand that any visit for medical service is prohibitive. So the coverage for health situations makes every dollar spent on health coverage, not to mention other coverage, is worth it’s weight on gold.
