Fortunately I did not have to make a claim but I felt the policy was reassuring and reasonable in price and would recommend this policy to other travellers. In the past I did have to make a claim and it was handled quickly and professionally Thank you.

I traveled with a hiking group of women who were all in our mid to late seventies. Because of our age and the high level of physical activity we all opted for this insurance plan and were secure knowing that we were fully covered for any eventuality. Luckily, we didn't need to make a claim.

With the hurricane coming on our trip I was so happy that we had this insurance. Additionally, there was a vacationer who was taken off in a ambulance on Gran Turks seriously ill. It made me so happy that we would have been covered in case of an emergency.
