Even thought I did not make any claims my attempts to contact your company to find out how to utilize the doctor on the ship were painful at best. Your phone numbers did not work and when I finally got through it was 30 minutes of Spanish Inquisition just to get another number to call. does not really make me enthusiastic about doing this again.

I love that insuremytrip.com allows you to easily compare different policies. With this purchase, I had to make a change of destination, and the customer service team was able to make the change with just a couple of emails.
