We needed to cancel our trip at the last minute for medical reasons. We sent the claim on Friday, July 20th the claim was logged into the system on Monday, July 23rd and processed with the check mailed on July 26th. We received the check for the full amount of the claim on Monday, July 30th. The claim was processed expeditiously and professionally with minimal forms.

Generali Global Assistance Premium
The plan was great. The problem was that I had no idea that insurance should have been purchased at the same time, or nearly the same time that I purchased my airline tickets. Because I did not purchase my plan in a timely manner there was something (I can't remember what) I was not eligible for.

C&F Travel Insured International Worldwide Trip Protector Plus
Unfortunately I had to use my assurance for a trip to Europe I had scheduled. I applied for my passport booked the round trip flight and a air bnb. I had been denied a passport and would not be able to resolve the issue in time for the trip. Their four I had to cancel my flight which was quite costly . With my trip insurance I recouped 75 percent of my purchase price. The claim process was so fast and truly easy.
Now if they can add in their riemburtment offers something for the fees paid to apply for a passport in the event of a denial they would be a 5* trip insurance company
