I've used Insuremytrip and for the past five cruises. I've been very satisfied with the website, discussions with their agents and their recommendation of the CSA product to meet my specific insurance requirements. Plan provided exactly what I was looking for. I didn't care about cancellations, delays, etc. - I only wanted to make sure I was covered for medical evacuation and medical surprises. The plan was just right for my needs by declaring zero cost for the trip on the advice of one of your agents. Worked out perfectly.

Although thankfully we did not have to file a claim, the purchase process was efficient, details we clear and price was competitive. InsureMyTrip pre-trip communication was helpful and reassuring. We now know where to come in the future!
