This is the first time I ever used InsureandGo, and I found their response to be excellent. I had picked up a suitcase and felt a sharp pain go through my neck. I just thought that it was a pulled muscle, but as time went on and the pain intensified I had to contact InsureandGo after first visiting a Chiropractor. They responded immediately and agreed to cover the MRI and chiropractor treatment which I needed (obviously after they had received the relevant material from the Chiropractor and after their local representative who was a Doctor approved the material). Things were held up at times which caused me some stress but that was due to their local representative not responding to me and not being as on the ball as he should have been. I had to contact him to ask him what was going on. So the only negative thing I would say is that InsureandGo should follow up with their local representatives more thoroughly and make sure they are in constant contact with the insured. But otherwise, very good. I did have to call to ask where my refund was and the Claims Manager dealt with it immediately and the check was sent out. On the whole highly recommended.

One buys insurance with the hope you won't have to use it. On the small chance you do, you are glad you have it. My insurance gave me piece of mind when our trip was almost delayed. I realized if we missed the plane due to a covered reason, I would have money reimbursed to me to help pay for a hotel and food until we could get on our way again. By the way, we just made the plane.

It is impossible to know how good (or bad) an insurance company is until you need to file a claim for some potential problem you insured against. Since I did not need to file a claim for the trip covered by the policy I bought, I cannot express an opinion as to "how good" or "how bad" the insurance company was (or is). What I can say, is that the policy I bought covered all of the items I wanted to insure against, and the cost of the policy was very fair.

We had a claim due to delayed luggage. After waiting 24 hours for the luggage to arrive, we had to purchase some basic clothing items. Upon our return from our trip, I looked at the InsureandGo paperwork required and realized that we didn't have all of the required documentation and the process looked complicated. The representatives at InsureandGo were helpful. They walked us through the claim requirements and streamlined the process. Turns out we had kept our sales receipts, had documentation related to the report filed with the airline and time the bag was received by our boat staff. I was very glad I called the representative and talked with her, as I was tempted to not file the claim as it seemed very overwhelming. We will use them again!
