Originally purchased this policy for a cruise that was cancelled 11 days prior to the cruise. I was able to transfer this policy to a newly booked cruise for the same timeframe. Very satisfied with the customer service.

As with the previous plans we have purchased, we never had reason to use it. That being said, the fact that we had our plan provided a sense if security and comfort. Would never travel without travel insurance. Comparing and purchasing plans are made simple and easy.
