I did not file a claim, so I don't know how effective this plan really is and how it may help me or advise me with ideas that would help me and keep the plan cost low for everyone else.

There was value with the coverage plan and the terms with the cost paid. I did have to file a medical claim for reimbursement when we got back home, and the process took longer than what was initially reported to me. I was told there would be a disposition in 20 calendar days, however it took 90 calendar days. Every few times I called their customer service number, I was told that ‘there was a high number of claims to be processed in the summer months’, and to wait. Slightly unsettling to hear, however the claim was indeed processed accurately...in 3 months.
