In business since 1926, Nationwide focuses on providing the best possible service for its customers. Nationwide travel insurance plans offer a range of innovative benefits for a variety of travel needs.
Thank you for your feedback on the policy. The Nationwide Prime plan provides an ample benefit amount of one million dollars for emergency medical evacuation. The most cost effective way to secure additional accidental death coverage is to increase the benefit limit on your policy or purchase a supplemental accidental death and dismemberment policy. If you were looking to supplement the emergency medical limit for accidental injuries and emergency illnesses, we do offer secondary travel medical polices. Customer service representatives are available 7 days a week to assist customers with amending existing policies or purchasing additional coverage. Our toll free number is 800-487-4722.
Very easy and straight forward process with time to review and cancel if desired. Can't comment on the response to a claim as we had none. Will use again on our trip to Alaska.

We made several changes to our itinerary before departure and we were able to easily make the changes necessary to the insurance, with no increase in cost. This was greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your feedback on the policy. After a policy has been purchased, amendments can typically be made prior to the original departure date. To request a change, please contact our Customer Care department with the order number and let one of our representatives know what you need to adjust. The representative will update your policy to see if these changes will affect your premium. If you are increasing the trip cost or adding days to the length of your trip, you may need to pay an additional charge for the additional coverage.
