My major concern when I travel are potential MEDICAL costs and I wonder whether I should limit myself to just this portion of the insurance......

It's hard to write a review on something you didn't use, that's a good thing. I did, however, have peace of mind that if something did happen I had some coverage to take care of it until I could get back to the states where my personal coverage would kick in.
The price was very reasonable. I would purchase again.
