Fortunately I did not need the plan but as I was riding motor bikes and Tuk-Tuks around Bangkok, it was good peace of mind, if you go to Bangkok you will know what I mean.

AIG Travel Travel Guard Basic
Since we did not file a claim on this plan I do not have more to say at this time. I have to be careful (I am not totally certain which plan is being referred to in this email) because we purchased three plans for three separate trips and will not file claims on two of them but we will be filing a claim on our trip to Alaska. That will be the key to how we feel about your plans and the service provided.

I think the cost is very high and will be looking for a less expensive one for future trips. I think our age had something to do with it. We had the assurance that we had the coverage and didn't have to file a claim.
