I have purchased several plans from CSA through InsureMyTrips. I've been pleased with the coverage and feel comfortable that if anything were to happen, that I would have the coverage I need. Thankfully, I haven't had to file a claim. But I appreciate the peace of mind that comes from having these policies for my travel. I appreciate the fact that InsureMyTrips makes it so easy to purchase a plan. I find that when I compare plans, CSA has comprehensive coverage for a reasonable price. Before the policy started I wanted to change one 17 year old's name. My son was taking a friend and the first one could not go so we took someone else. I had this same experience last year with a different insurance company and they allowed me to make the change. Very disappointed that I had to purchase a separate policy.

This was my first time buying trip insurance. On the way to the airport, our flight was canceled and our nine day trip would have been delayed by two days. First we panicked, then I remembered I bought trip insurance. We called CSA and they explained to my husband that we could rebook flights and gave us the amount they would reimburse us. We did buy new tickets and arrived at our final destination only 5 hours later. Our family vacation was back on track. It did take 6 weeks to get the claim approved and paid but it was an easy process. Very happy.
