My biggest issue is not having clear and concise information on what/who to contact in the case of sickness or emergency. I'm sure it's in the slew of information I receive when I buy it, but after purchasing, their seem to be just too many confirmation numbers, phone numbers, emails, etc. It would be nice to have that core information consolidated for clarity and so I don't have to sort through it all in the (usually hectic) days before my trip.

I didn't have to use the plan so the ratings are good only to the extent that I am satisfied with the process of getting the plan and what covered. You should change or tweak your survey questions in light of such policy holders/travelers.

After a phone call, I was given the information needed to apply for a refund of medical expenses due to an illness on our cruise. I was treated professionally, and courteously, and able to complete the paperwork that was necessary. It has been mailed as of 12/15/16. Excellent phone staff.
