Travel insurance worked out great for us, it gave us an extra security knowing we had coverage for questionable coverage from our normal medical insurance. I will purchase insurance with InsureMyTrip again. The coverage is good and the price is reasonable.

I was thankful to not have a reason to file a claim so I cannot address service from that aspect. However, this was a big trip and having AXA Assistance gave me great peace of mind throughout our travels. I am planning another trip, and apparently I missed the deadline to get the insurance I wanted. I can still get it but it had doubled in price. Perhaps for returning customers you can honor the initial prices.

We appreciate your comment regarding the increase in premium. TravelSafe, along with most of our insurance providers, use the same rates for travel to Hawaii or Mexico. Your premium would only have doubled if you also increased your Total Trip Cost. Policy premiums are based on age of travelers, trip cost and length of trip.Jan 29,2016

Travel Accident Plan
We were lucky not to have an incident but the fact that we had a sense of security was our source of satisfaction. The only issue we would like to address is that the cover should include data such as details of the flights we were using so that, should an accident occur, there can be follow-up in case the insured dies.

We experienced a flight cancellation extending our trip by one day requiring overnight hotel stay. Filed a claim by email received by CSA 11/30/2015 and check in the mail to us 12/1/2015. Great Customer Service. We'll use CSA again.
