It is so nice having coverage! Wish I would have known about Travel insurance years ago. Husband and I took a trip to Mexican Riviera in 2003, he ended up extremely sick with fever, nausea, vomiting for four days of our 7 day trip. I was so concerned I stayed in the hotel room with him trying to find a sooner flight home after seeing the resident physician. So not only were we out a few hundred dollars for the doctor, but we did not get to enjoy the trip. I have now gotten Travel insurance for every vacation since.

I lost my passport and called the emergency assistance number for support. The person I spoke to said I would receive an email with local instructions. I never received the email or got any further assistance. (Yes, I checked my spam folder.)

Plan appeared to provide good coverage at a reasonable cost. Filed a claim for a travel delay outbound to our cruise and while it was fully paid, it took 2 months for the process to be completed. Make sure you document EVERYTHING and submit it all.

What can I say. This company is great. I had to place a claim due to my wife losing her job just 3 months before our cruise was to take place. All the representative were very friendly and knowledgeable. I received all the information needed (via email) to file a claim within minutes of completing my call.
After all the information required by Nationwide was received by them my claim was processed and paid in full to me within their normal process time required.
I have used them in the past and continue to use them today for all my travel needs.
